Lost or stolen ATM or debit card and/or code?

Call us first.

Telephoning us is the fastest way to recover complete control of your account. We will cancel your lost/stolen card(s) and reissue you a new card, halting suspicious activity while still allowing you access to your account. Call your local office Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm or at 1-800-500-1044 to reach us 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Lost or Stolen Checkbook?

Alert us immediately if you believe your checkbook has been lost or stolen. Give us a call, and we’ll work with you to immediately secure your account.

Call your local office Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm.

If possible, when contacting us please provide the check number for the last check that was written or the name of the person or business to whom it was written.

BUSINESS ONLINE BANKING CUSTOMERS

UPGRADED SYSTEM INFORMATION:

You will notice a new Business Online Banking login screen and will no longer be required to formally register your computer. Going forward, our new system will recognize if your device (PC, laptop, tablet, mobile phone) has been previously used to access your Business Online Banking. You will be asked to validate your identity through a one-time security code sent to you via a phone call or text message. If a phone number is not available, you will be asked to answer a series of questions to validate your identity. Your Access ID remains unchanged and Your First Time Password will be the last six digits of your social security number.

ONLINE PREMIER BUSINESS BANKING CUSTOMERS

UPGRADED SYSTEM INFORMATION:

You will notice a new Online Premier Business Banking login screen and will no longer be required to formally register your computer or use a one-time password generated from a security token. Going forward, our new system will recognize if your device (PC, laptop, tablet, mobile phone) has been previously used to access your Online Premier Business Banking. You will be asked to validate your identity through a one-time security code sent to you via a phone call or text message. If your phone number is not listed or available, please contact us for assistance. Your Access ID remains unchanged. A new field, Company ID, will be required as part of the login process to Online Premier Business Banking. Your Company ID and Your First Time Password was emailed to you the week of July 28, 2014.
