$500 Million Strong in 2015

Platinum Bank is pleased to announce reaching our $500 million in assets milestone.

Through enhanced marketing efforts, a continued commitment to the communities in which we work, strong customer relationships, and internal processing enhancements, the Bank has reached this important milestone.

This milestone is significant for the community, as the Bank’s strong capital base and lending capacity will allow us the opportunity to meet the needs of more small and medium-size businesses. Financially healthy businesses support the local economy, provide employment opportunities, and make the communities in which we live and work ones we are proud to call home. We are pleased to be a banking resource for such important local institutions in the months and years to come.

“A capital base that supports $500MM in assets and the expertise to respond to customer needs in the communities we serve are two accomplishments we’re very proud of,” said President/CEO Jerry Kyle. “Financing generally means a higher standard of living to the community residents through job creation and the velocity of money.”

Platinum Bank began 17 years ago and has expanded into seven offices in Brandon, Dunedin, Lakeland, Plant City, Tampa, and Winter Haven. Ninety-six employees are proud to be employed at Platinum Bank and share in the excitement of reaching this significant milestone. Throughout the month of May, staff and customers have been celebrating this important event.

Our roots run deep in each community, and our goal is to be the best community bank you know. With additional resources now that we are $500 Million Strong, Platinum Bank will experience exponential growth and will increase its community involvement during 2015 and beyond.
