Getting Started:

1. To sign up for online banking access, follow these steps:

• Print the application and agreement, complete and mail to E Banking Department, 802 W Lumsden Rd, Brandon FL 33511, or fax to (813) 651-9434; or.
• Come in to a Platinum Bank™ office near you to complete the enrollment process.

2. After your application has been accepted and you have received our temporary Access ID and temporary password, you are ready to Log In for the first time.

• Enter your temporary Access ID in the box in the upper right hand corner of any page and click on "Login"
• Enter the temporary password and click on "Submit".
• Complete the remaining information as requested.
