1. To sign up for online banking access, follow these steps:

• Print the application and agreement , complete and mail or fax to (813) 651-9434; or.
• Come in to a Platinum Bank® office near you to complete the enrollment process.

2. After your application has been accepted and you have received your Access ID and temporary password, you are ready to Log In for the first time. Click on:

• First Time Log In
• Complete the information requested on the First Time User Log In.
