Getting Started:
1. To sign up for Online Business Banking access, follow these
steps:
- Print the online business application and
agreement , complete and mail or fax to
(813) 651-9434; or.
- Come in to a Platinum Bank® office near you to
complete the enrollment process.
Note: You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher to
view the Application and Agreement. If you do not have the reader or are
not sure please click here.
2. After your application has been accepted and you have received
your Access ID and temporary password, you are ready to Log In for the
first time. Click on:

- Transfer funds
- Reconcile accounts with
your financial software

- Send EFT tax payments
(requires credit approval)
- Originate ACH debits and
credits (requires credit approval)
- Make wire transfers
- Direct deposit payroll
(requires credit approval)
- Concentrate balances
